You can use another server by choosing Custom Font in Amelia/Customize section. You don't have to use Google Fonts.
You can also download the font pack and load them on your server, so the fonts load from your server directly. If you set the Custom Fonts, they will not be pulled from Google.

You should add a URL to the .ttf font. For testing, I downloaded one of the fonts from here, added it to ../wp-content/uploads/fonts/ folder, and pasted the URL to the font, like this:

Hello Amelia Team,
we see a Problem what we not expected, since we use the Plugin on a Homepage where we analysis if we load google Fonts.
Amelia Loads GF also when we used our local fonts under Amelia (Anpassungen - Global Settings - Fonts)
And this is the problem. I solved this on another website by deleting this from the code.
