If I cancel a customer's appointment via the Appointments or Calendar menus in Amelia and then someone creates an appointment in that same timeslot, it becomes a "Group Appointment" and both customer's are listed within it.
If I cancel someone's appointment I want it completely removed from that day. How can I do that?
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

If a customer cancels and you want it completely removed you must delete it manually from that appointment.
