Is it possible to charge for some events, but not for others?
I currently have events set up as a product and they go through woocommerce. and that's fine for some. But I want other events to just be free, and not take the user through the checkout process, but instead, to just send the user a notification mail with a link to add it to their calendar.
If you set the price of the WooCommerce product that is connected to the events to 0, and then set the price of the event to 0, then the event will be free.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Yes, I'm aware of that. But for the free events, I want the user to avoid having to go thru the woocommerce checkout process because it's too many extra steps.

Hello Kelly,
For that purpose, you can enable the "Hide WooCommerce cart when price is 0" option on the Amelia/Settings/Payments page.
Please let me know if this worked for you.
Looking forward to your reply.
