We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
Is there an option to define the availability of services. I want to create multiple services, but each service will be available only on multiple specific date.
I have found another way to date that it's by creating "Events" but one of the problems with the events it's that the “Pending” status is not applied to the booking.
What I really want to do is that :
I have a walking tour business, I want to create several tour sessions available only on a specific date.
My costumer need to be able to filter the tour by date or location or date. When they choose the tour and date, we ask them some question like "what is their last hiking make" ect... And then on the back end I want to have these information and validate or not the booking. The tour session can be booked by multiple people
Hello Franck,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For the purpose of a service is available only on a specific date, you can use the "Special days" function in Amelia, where you can set specific working hours for a specific date.
You can set the "Default Appointment Status" to "Pending" which will require the booking to be approved before it takes place.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
