Our plugins are being sold through a reseller (Paddle), 

and the only payment methods are PayPal or credit cards. Their receipt contains their VAT number.

As indicated on our website, if you are from a country where VAT or GST applies, a VAT/GST charge will be added to the transaction:

During purchase, you can leave your company's VAT number, so if that VAT number checks out, the VAT is automatically deducted from the transactions. 

If the VAT number of your company is not registered during the purchase, you can reach out to Paddle after purchase via this form and they will retroactively refund the VAT amount.

Once you purchase a plugin, you would get an Email from our TMS Store  that contains credentials for your access to your TMS Store Account.

In the TMS Store , you will have everything you need,  and also you can download the zipped installation file,

then you can upload it directly to WordPress during installation.
