Hello - i am looking for a solution that will help us with our event tour registration process that needs to include a digital waiver. The idea is that when a user signs up for an event, they get an email that contains a link to have them sign a digital waiver that must be completed before they can attend the event. We have investigated a number of different digital waiver services (smartwaiver, waiverforever) but need have a fairly tight integration of the two (ie the list of registrations from amelia must see who has and has not signed the waiver). How can i accomplish this using Amelia? Thank you, Graham
I am looking for a similar feature. We have a need for people to agree to a Rental Terms Agreement when they rent our services. Right now I have woocommerce integration but as Graham points out these other waiver services/terms services don't speak back to Amelia, so we can't track in Amelia who has agreed to terms. Please make this a feature of Amelia!
Hello Graham and Stephanie,
Thank you for reaching out to us and thank you for your suggestion.
At the moment, this is not possible with Amelia's built-in features, but I have passed this suggestion to our management and I hope that this will be implemented in one of the future updates.
At the moment, you can add a terms and conditions on the booking form through custom fields.
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
