In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

I have a question regarding the interaction between Amelia user and Wordpress user. On the website I'm creating, the booking of appointments will only be available for already logged in users. Therefore, best case would be if they wouldn't have to login to the Amelia account again when they want to view the customer panel. Is that possible? I don't need them to have an extra Amelia account...
Secondly, If the above is not possible, how can I link the account credentials of Amelia to the WP user credentials? Because only linking a WP account to a certain Amelia user is fine but as soon as the WP user wants to change his password, the one for Amelia won't change...

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Amelia panels are separate entities and if a customer wants to access them they need to login to the panel.
You have option called Automatically create Amelia Customer user – If this option is enabled every time a new customer makes an appointment they will automatically get a WordPress user with the Amelia Customer user role and email with login details from WP, and that WP user would be connected to the customer created in Amelia.
If someone is already a WordPress user, and they book an appointment for the first time in Amelia while logged in to WP, the customer created in Amelia will be connected to that WP user and they will get the Amelia Customer role in WP (there are plugins for managing multiple roles in WordPress, such as User role editor).
This way they will have the same login info for the Amelia customer panel and WordPress.
