Hello,
I would like the option to able for my employees to add a new customer from their employee login.
Example: My employee logs into their employee account on my website, and wants to manually create a new appointment for a new client. They do not get the option to add/generate a new customer. They can only select from the existing customer database, and I do not want to have to go into the back end to manually add a new customer if needed. Please advise.
Thanks,
Jason Almanza
Hello Jason,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. At the moment, employees can only book appointments with existing clients.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy
