We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I am trying to set up email notifications. I would like to be able to send a ticket to the purchaser. I see that there is a placeholder for it but when I test it nothing comes through in the email.
I am using only the event feature on my website. no appts.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Are notifications not being sent or you do not get info from the placeholder. If you do not get info from the placeholder when you do the test booking that is fine because no actual booking has been made and there are not info that can be sent. You can do the test booking from the incognito window and then you can check the info that you will get form placeholders.

I have my stripe test set up and submit the purchase of the event but nothing comes where the ticket placeholder is. I attached a screenshot of the notification setting and the email I receive (acting as the customer).

Did you create tickets with custom pricing like this
Ticket info is only sent when you create ticket, this info is not sent with the regular booking of the event without a ticket. Once you set up tickets you will get the info from the placeholder like this
