We can see that you have opened another ticket. We have sent this answer to another ticket also. I'm afraid that there is no way that you can remove someone's appointment from the package. But what you can do is you can try to book that appointment in the past. And in that way you may "remove" one appointment from the package.
From the backend, please could you let me know how to decrease the number of remaining appointments in a Package that someone has already purchased?
The person has 4 appointments remaining to book but I need to change it to 3.
