Is there a way to check a customer's total appointments left? Let's say a customer books a package (containing 4 appointments) and booked only 1 at the time of booking the package. Other three appointments they can book within a month. Is it possible for me to check after a month how many appointments they booked or are pending?
Also, what do TOTAL APPOINTMENTS mean in the customer section? Does it include the appointments that are part of the package but the customer didn't book yet?
When you click on services/packages/manage package then you can see the package for each customer and there you can see how many appointments they have left to book.
As for total appointments information in the customer section
This shows you how many appointment customer has booked in total for any service.
