Hello, How can I set Service starting time? So there are only options for example 9:00AM, 02:00PM and 06:00PM? And not every half hour... And how to make email and phone mandatory? I made it in settings, but it is still not mandatory at the web...
For the purpose of setting multiple available time slots during the day, you can configure it in the working hours' settings of the employee, where you can set different time periods for a single service.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you :) And Is it possible to make two services covering each other /at the same time for one employee? And when someone book one, other service will become unavailable?
Thank you so much for your super quick responses! :) You are amazing... Hopefully the last thing, I set duration for my whole day tour, this was possible, but I am not able to change my working hours for this one tour, because I can not drive two tours at the same time. But I wouldn't because if someone book one, other will be unavailable... Is anyhow possible to manage this? I hope you will understand what I mean...
I offer 5 services/ tours daily: 1st and 2nd tour: from 9:00 to 13:00, and from 14:00 to 18:00 3rd and 4th tour: from 19:00 to 24:00 5th (DAY) tour: from 7:30 to 18:00 So when someone book tour 5, all other tours should become unavailable. To make this, I need to set my working hours. But I am not able to set it for tour 5 (as screenshot shows), probably because I already have working hours at the same time set for another tour. But my working hours wouldnt colide / cover each other because when customers choose tour 5, no one can book other tour at the same time.
Since there is no option to set different time periods over the other ones that are already created, I would suggest that you create a different employee and assign only the "Tour 5" service to that employee. After that, connect both employees to the same Google Calendar, and once the Tour 5 service is booked, all other services will become unavailable for booking. But please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello Paul,
Yes, that is possible, you can select as many services as you want for one time period.
If one service is booked for a time slot, the other service will be unavailable for booking.
Please let me know if this helped you.
Looking forward to your reply.
