I have clients that had trouble using booking using front end customer panel (due to a problem with a caching plugin I think)
1) So I have booked one of them in through the back end (Amelia>Services>Packages) for a class appointment next Wednesday OK. That class has 14 maximum capacity but I can't book the second person in on that date even though there are 13 slots left. The date is no longer available to select through the packages backend.
2) As a quick workaround I have booked the second person in to that class through Appointments. I can't charge it to his pre-purchased package and have just deleted his payment from the appointment but obviously the package he already purchased needs to have an appointment removed.
Questions
-- am I missing something trying to do 1) or is that a bug?
-- what's the easiest way to remove one of the remaining appointments from the 2nd clients package
1. When you offer group classes you need to enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings. When this is enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
2. I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?

Maybe there's still some misunderstanding. According to your documentation it's possible to book appointments within a Package from the backend (see https://wpamelia.com/managing-packages/ ). Also, I have done this for one person already.
Please see the attached picture. I have clicked "Manage Package" for the second Customer in the list and then use the "+Add Appointment" in the bottom right to try to book an appointment for them. It worked perfectly well for the first Customer in the list and I have the option to book the second Customer an appointment for other dates, just not the same day as I booked for the first Customer. There is still space in the class so that's not the problem.
We understand but you can not book that from the backend for another customer for another for a group appointment at this time. We have checked this and this is a small "bug". But the good news is that we are aware of this and we are working on changing this. This should be changed in one of the future updates. At this time until we implement this they must book the appointments from the customer panel.

You are most welocme, it should be fixed in one of the future updates. If you are referring to -- what's the easiest way to remove one of the remaining appointments from the 2nd clients package - I'm afraid that there is no way that you can remove someone's appointment from the package. But what you can do is you can try to book that appointment in the past. And in that way you may "remove" one appointment form the package.
We are not sure what your issue is exactly and your use case so please can you open your own ticket in regards to that and we will reply to it as soon as it pops-up.

Hello Jon,
You can not book that from the backend, but the customer can book that appointment form the customer panel.
Why they can not access the customer panel? Maybe we can help with that.
