If I block the entire day, f.e. 09:00 - 15:00 it works, but if I do this for a small amount of time (f.e. 14:45 - 15:30), it doesn't work. So something goes wrong with the 2 sync.
Please check the following option under Amelia > Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar:
Maximum Number Of Events Returned:
Here you can set the maximum number of events that will be returned from your employees’ Google Calendar into the Amelia calendar. These events will not be visible as they only affect the available time slots in the Amelia calendar. Select a high number there, 1000 or even 2500, and then test again - it should be blocking all events your employees are connected to.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

HI Stanislav,
I've put it to 2500 but the same problem :-( It doesnt sync
I've also:
I have connect the Google account on the Employee page.
I have my Google Workspace account connected.
I have enabled the option 'Remove Google Calender busy slots'
I have made events in Google Calender with 'busy slots'
I've the right Client ID and Client Secret ID.
I've checked it now over 10 times. It just doesn't work properly.
So if I block multiple hours, it works. But not for 1 hour.
I've made a video to explain it and show you whats happening. You can find it in the attachments.
Just wondering. Can it have to do something with appointment settings?
Dear Floris,
Thanks for the video explanation provided.
