we're noticing an issue in the last 2 days of workshops (events) we have planned.
The customer signed up for an event )weeks ago) for the 4th of november, they received a email with an confirmation of that date.
Only when we check in the backoffice in the event list, we see that the customer has signed up for the vent that is today. But we have no reason why this should happen.
We had the exact same problem yesterday, where users who have signed up on the 3ed, are appearing in the backoffice on the 27th). So my client was expecting the customers who were going to attend the event, but no-one showed up. After contacting we found out they signed up for that other date.
Any ideas on the why/how this could happen? My client is now panicking that all future events might be a week off for some reason.
Have you tried to reproduce this yourself on your site on behalf of the customer side?
I tried to make a test booking on your site but you have online payments connected and I can't complete the test booking,
Could you provide me with screenshots regarding this issue, please?
The best thing would be to shoot a video of your screen.
So I will be able to reproduce it and help you.
And please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I've tried reproducing it, but I can't get it to fault again.
However my client just informed me that she has a event planned for today for 2 persons, but when she checks the confirmation mail she got when the customer booked the event, it's set for the 10th (again exactly 7 days from now).
