A customer notified me today because after she purchased 7 repeating appointments (worth $168), the amount on the final page of the 2.0 booking form showed 7 times that amount - $1,176. See attached screenshot. Thankfully, WooCommerce passed the correct amount to Stripe and her card was only charged $168.
I tested it myself, and whether it was a group appointment (with other people already in the appointment), or a private appointment, when I did a recurring appointment, the payment amount on the last screen multiplied the amount I paid by the number of recurring appointments.
Is this already a known bug? Are you planning to fix it in the next update? Until then I'm thinking of going back to form 1.0 so that I don't confuse my customers...
We have tried but we can not replicate the issue on your site or in any of hours
If this happens again please do not change and let us know where this is happening so that we can investigate in the real-time. Now we can see that everything is working. If you can replicate the issue, please send us a short one-minute video and the URL of the page where this happens.
Thank you. It's been almost 2 weeks now - do you have an estimate on when you will hear back from them? Please let me know if you need any further information.
We do apologize for taking a little longer to respond to your ticket. Our colleagues work on very complicated tickets and they work on them in the order in which they arrived.
As soon as we get some feedback from them we will contact you. Your patience is highly appreciated.
We have checked once more and this has been forwarded to our developer in the meantime. So they will try to see what is the issue that is causing this.
No worries. We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that this is a small bug with recurring service and woo-commerce, when "Customers will have to pay for all appointments at once" is turned on. They will work on it to try to resolve it in one of the future updates.
