We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    We are a company that wants to create an appointment booking platform on site or by teleconsultation via wordpress. We are interested in the Amelia plugin to integrate it into our platform.  However, I would like to know some information if possible.

    First of all, we want to create an appointment platform that connects an individual to their client (alone or in the office) and my first question is whether we can customize in our own way, that is, to arrange the parameters as we wish, for example, to move the search bar where you want.

    In addition, will the profile sheet of our client (alone or in a firm) create in our platform with all the information (fees, schedules, etc.) be linked to Amelia or will it be independent?

    And finally, compared to our clients in the office, we would like to know whether, for example, the secretary of the firm who has an account in our platform can change the schedules of her employees on Amelia

    Hello Ayoub,

    Thank you for expressing interest in the Amelia plugin.

    It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
