Unfortunately, you can't do anything about it, that's how cron works. Cron is a WordPress feature, not Amelia's.
Cron checks if something is booked without a scheduled notification being sent. If there is, he sends it. It cannot be prevented from being sent if the cron sees that there is an appointment that has not been reminded.

I created a custom next day reminder.
If the client book at least one day before, it works perfectly fine.
But when the client book for the same day, he also receives my custom next day reminder which is confusing for the client.
Is there a way to avoid to get a next day reminder when the client books for the same day ?
