We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
On almost all my tables there is a date column which I use for filtering the table data. The column type is Date and the filter type is Date Range.
I always use the Predefined Values fields as I need to have a certain date range for each table.
The problem is that the calendar is not restricted to the dates I define. Although my selected dates are displayed on the From – To fields of the filter, users can still select other dates, outside of the given range.
So what I need is to restrict the filter to the dates I add on the Predefined Values fields and not allow users to select dates before or after the predefined ones on the calendar. Is this possible?
Thanks
Hi, Dimitris
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

If i understand, you have set a predefined Data Range, and you don't want to allow users to change it when the table has loaded on the page.
The only way to resolve that is to hide this column's filter from the front-end by using CSS.
I can check out your page, and i can make CSS for you, which you can use to add custom CSS to the table in the Customize tab;
then it will be hidden from users - so they can't change your filter of that date column.
And for this to work, you will have to "show filters in a form above the table", and disable "clear filters", so that the users can't clear all filters.
Can you please send me a link to the page with the table - let me know what's the column name, and i can devise the CSS for you?
If the page is confidential, please mark the reply as Private.
Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
