    Hi, Bill

    Sorry for the delay

Can you please elaborate with more details and i will advise?

Could you tell me what is this table type ( is it Manual, SQL based, or perhaps linked to a data source)?

Can you provide me with a link to see the front-end of the table, along with pointing out the table ID?

If i can also check the back-end of the table.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović

Let me say that 'Chatting', especially over a period of days is a very ineffective and inefficient way of trying to troubleshoot problems! You need to come up with a real time, real world solution. Any company that aims to be a world-class vendor should be required to offer world-class support...meaning you should at the very least offer 24/7/365 support by live chat. I have looked at several of your public tickets and they all start out with you apologizing for the delay....you've been busier than usual lately....HINT - If you really are that busy (I doubt that you are) I'd suggest you hire more people to handle the workload!!!

I have created at least two tickets for this same issue and both times you've put the ball back in my court by asking me to elaborate further! I see that as a stall and delay tactic...figuring the complainant will forget or simply go away.

Unfortunately I have had your software too long to request a refund. Basically is is a neat little plugin but it is 'buggy' and I haven't seen any signs that your company is doing anything to fix the issues.

I think my initial complaints were clear. If you do not understand them, then you should contact the ticket originator and arrange a specific time to follow up with live chat so that the issues can be resolved.

    Hi, Bill

Thank you for the feedback and suggestions on improving the level of our support, we passed it to our management,

and we will do our best to improve it as quickly as possible.

    -

    2.

In regards to the previous tickets, we just went through all of them.

In this ticket - you explained the issue was with a Query - that runs the first time correctly,

but then stops running after that.

My colleague asked to get access to your WP-Admin in order to see and investigate the issue for you, but you did not respond after that.

    -

In another ticket, you have asked us if it is possible to do an action on the front end that would change an SQL Query on the back-end of the table,

we explained that this is currently not possible to achieve in any way with our plugin.

Our developers will consider working to add a solution in the future, but I can't say an ETA on it.

    -

In this ticket, you asked if it's possible to create dynamic VAR placeholders in an SQL Query,

that can dynamically change when a user clicks on a selectbox  from a filter dropdown,

we have asked you to elaborate on certain details, because we were not sure if we fully understood the use-case,

and you have also stopped responding on that ticket.

    -

I can assure you that our goal is to isolate and do our best to resolve any issues for our users,

but we need to be sure what the issue is,  and then to isolate it in order to resolve it.

For certain situations we have to ask more details, in order to get to the root of the issue.

    -

Can you please point out the two tickets you are referring to about this issue, and we will be more than happy to help ?

    -

If you are perhaps referring to one of the tickets where you wish to make a solution so that a user can do an action on the front-end  that will change an SQL Query of a table,

that is not possible with our plugin in any way at this time.

We can only make a suggestion for our developers and they will do their best to work on it in the future.

At this time, we don't have a built-in feature to achieve this, but you can suggest it for our developers - they will do their best to make a solution in the future.

Please feel free to search on our suggestions page

to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there,  and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    -

If you need a solution for it now, maybe it can be done with a high level of custom work, but I am not sure, to be honest. Our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

We can recommend reaching out to someone who does custom solutions, such as WP Kraken, but we can't advise on their pricing.

    -

If I didn't understand what you need,

please correct me and explain about the issue in more details,

if you can also provide any screenshots or refer to the other tickets where you already described the issue?

    Thank you

    Kind Regards,

    Hi, Bill

Sorry, i just didn't comment on the last part of your post.

    You said :

'If you do not understand them, then you should contact the ticket originator and arrange a specific time to follow up with live chat so that the issues can be resolved.'

    -

Our support does not provide any live chat or ability to provide a meeting/call,

we can only provide support via this ticketing system.

    -

Please go through my reply, and if you can cooperate with us, we will do our best to help you isolate/resolve the issue or to clarify if what you need is possible.

    Thank you
