I have found a way to add an appointment without first knowing the client's name by creating a 'fake' name as you have suggested, however when it comes to me adding the appointment times, the system is only offering me the following time options: 9, 10.30, 12, 1.30, 3.00.
I have checked all the settings and they are correct so I do not know what to do now.
I want to create two appointments on Thursday 27th October, one at 1pm - 2.30pm
and one at 3pm to 4.30pm.
My website guy is also struggling to integrate the calendar onto my site ?

Frustrated.
Hello Virginia,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you would need to disable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
Please let me know if that works or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
