Is it possible to place a form to ask some questions before a specific table is shown with the filtered data? (Based on the answers which are setup as columns and values are true or false)

If you need to set up Filters in a Form, and to hide the table before user selects one or more filters ( depending on how you set it up);
and then to load a table with the filtered results;
you can achieve this only with our premium add-on Powerful Filters,
it has two special features : Cascading Filtering, and "Hide table".
