In the step by step booking form it is possible to bypass the minimum/maximum capacity. If a customer selects a service with a min capacity of min 2 and max of 4, and then goes back and selects a service with capacity of min 5 and max 8. The field "bringing anyone with you" still displays "1" and the customer is able to book the service for 2 people.
We tested that, and we can’t reproduce it on our websites.
Could I ask you to provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and see if anything in your setup is different and would cause a difference?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Hi

Is there a possible fix for this?
Kind regards
Hello Ilse,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you provide me with a link to your booking page, please?
So I will be able to reproduce it and help you.
Look forward to your reply.
Have a great weekend!

Hi
Currently we are not using the option bringing anyone with you anymore. It is no longer set up on our website.
Some extra information in case you wanted to reproduce it yourself: the options book below and above minimum capacity were not enabled.
Kind regards
Dear Ilse,
Thank you for the information I will forward this to our developers, and as soon as I hear back from them, I will reach you.
Take care!
Kind Regards,
