Hi,
We have a high-priority issue in our PRODUCTION site.
Custom fields that had been working properly are no longer working or populating in Amelia emails or WooCommerce emails.
The custom fields appear to be set up up properly, with the correct short code (See New Package to Tutor email).
The custom fields are set to be associated with the correct Service.
Any ideas why this would happen?

Apologies for the waiting time.
We are now able to connect to the SFTP, and in the meantime we escalated this case to the highest level within our Team.
I will keep you posted, we should have an update for you very soon.
Sorry once again that it is taking so long, we will do our best to isolate the issue as quickly as possible.
