Hello, i have an issue, i use one api for two websites, on the first one everythings works perfectly, on the second one i cannot connect to the google account, i checked every settings and everythings is correct but the issue still here.
Thanks for your answer, that's works perfectly but an issue still here, the website who had the google account issue, looks like not synchronised with my google calendar, when i order an event on the website, i can see it on my google agenda but when i add an event in google agenda, the date still available on the website
Please access Settings/Integrations/Google calendar (on the site that's experiencing the issue) and make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" is enabled.
If your employees have multiple calendars in their Google Account, you can link each calendar to a different site, so for example "Calendar1" from [email protected] would be linked to website1.com, "Calendar2" from [email protected] would be linked to website2.com, and so on.
If I didn't understand your question, please explain in more detail.
Ok yes that was my question thank you, but how can i do that please ?
and unfortunatly something else, i activated the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" function on both websites, that worked perfectly until now, i don't know why, if i add an event for an entire day of just few hours, it still available on both websites...
I'm sorry for taking your time, do you know why i have this please ?
You simply need to access Amelia/Employees and edit the employee you want to link "Calendar1" from [email protected] with his profile on website1.com.
Then, you'd access Amelia/Employees and edit the employee you want to link "Calendar2" from [email protected] with his profile on website2.com.
For the Google Calendar busy slots - please access Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, and check what "Maximum number of events returned" is set to. Select a high number there, 1000 or even 2500 and then test again - it should be blocking all events your employees are connected to.
