I am constructing a dictionary with wpDataTables. Searching in the db shows restricted entries, which should be more detailed in a master-detail page.
Now dictionary-entries differ in verbs, substantives, adjectives, etc. Each word has its conjugation or declination. This results in more then one possible master-detail page.
Is there a workaround to write more than one page now or in future? The present master-detail page is the only one, which holds the db-entry in its vars (%xyz%)
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

If you need a solution for it now, maybe it can be done with a high level of custom work, but I am not sure, to be honest.
Our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
We can only recommend reaching out to someone who does custom solutions, such as WP Kraken, but we can't advise on their pricing.

Hi, Franz
Thanks for reaching out to us
I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, we don't have a built-in feature to achieve this.
We can only make one Master Details page for each table,
so the only workaround would be to create multiple tables,
or to filter the data from one "Main table", for example a Manual Table;
and to make other SQL Tables that will pull data from it
( with different Queries to pull different data for each SQL table - you can see more about making dynamic Queries with placeholders here),
then create a Master Details page for each of them.
-
So it is not currently possible to make multiple " more details pages" for one table,
but you can suggest it for our developers - they will do their best to make a solution in the future.
Please feel free to search on our suggestions page,
