Hi. I'm working for a customer who has this need :
She would like to be able to set some HOURS OFF her reservable time in Amelia. She would like to be able to manage her agenda, so that she could declare that she's unavailable from a given hour to another hour, then available at another moment, then unailable again, etc...
For exemple, she would declare that : Monday 24th of october, she's off from 8 to 10, then on from 10 to 12, then off from 12 to 14, then on from 14 to 15h30, etc etc. She would like to do this on an irregular day basis, according to her other professionnal agenda that she manages from a medical platform (the french Doctolib). When she knows she has appointments in Doctolib, she would manually make those time slots unavailable in Amelia.
I think what she wants to do is NOT currently possible in Amelia ? I don't see any way to set hours off for an employee, we can just set DAYS off, right ?
If it's confirmed it's not possible, could you imagine making this function available in the next updates of Amelia ?
I had another customer who wanted something similar and we had to use another plugin to satisfy his needs.
This is possible in Amelia. You can do Google or Outlook integrations and to connect your client to that calendar. Then when she enters in the calendar some appointment that time slot will automatically become unavailable for booking in Amelia.
