We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

We are currently working on a new website that does event management through the Amelia plugin. Now we would like to use the plugin already before the new website is published. That's why we asked ourselves if the plugin can be used without a website, i.e. with a direct link or directly via Amelia? Since the goal is that we have the booking of events centrally in one place and not use multiple websites for course booking. Therefore we would like to use the plugin functionality in advance.

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse.
Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato.
Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
As for using Amelia outside the site. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Amelia is a WordPress plugin and it can be used only in a WordPress environment.
We have a different product called Trafft which is SaaS. Maybe Trafft will suit your need better. You can read more about Trafft and open a ticket if you have any questions about Trafft on this link https://trafft.com/.
