We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
Has Amelia Plugin hooked-in with the native wordpress '"Personal Data Export' Tool? In other words if a data request is received from a customer, will their appointments history etc with amelia be accounted for.
Thank you in advance
***if all public support tickets were created by the community with more accurate Ticket subject lines then it would be a greater resource for everybody. Subject lines such as "functionlity', 'Amelia' and 'Customers' to name a few are pointless. ***
Hi, Temper
We don't have an integration with '"Personal Data Export' Tool" at the moment.
If you wish to see this built in in the future,
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

The only way currently to export appointment information from Amelia as CSV is from the Appointment list,
the appointments can be exported as a CSV for reporting. At the top right of the “Appointments” page, next to the search input, tap the “Export” icon button. Clicking on the “Export” icon button opens a dialog that allows you to choose the delimiter used for CSV and select the columns you’d like to export. When you are ready tap on the “Export” button in the dialog to download the CSV file.

And the only other possible custom workaround idea i have is, if you wish to try out Web Hooks feature.
This setting allows you to set several hooks that will send data from the Amelia plugin to any other application. It is good to use this option if you want to send, for example, customer data to some CRM platform. You can use any automation tool that allows you to integrate other applications with Amelia, but in our documentation, weexplained connection through Zapier since it is the most popular online automation tool at the moment.
You can check more details here.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
