I couldn't find any info in your doc about it. Let's say a user purchases a package, and books a few appointments (during package purchase or later from his dashboard). Question: 1. When the user cancels such appointment: he gets 1 'credit' back to book another one, right? 2. When an employee or admin cancels such appointment, does the customer get 1 'credit' back too? If answer is yes:3. Is there a way to cancel such appointment without the user being re-credited? 4. Is there a way to see/manage a customer package "credit" balance?My point is as an admin I can't tell an employee or customer how many credit they have left, I have no way to add or remove some neither. Hi,
I would like to understand how appointments booked using a package are treated when cancelled. I couldn't find any info in your doc about it.
Let's say a user purchases a package, and books a few appointments (during package purchase or later from his dashboard).
Question:
1. When the user cancels such appointment: he gets 1 'credit' back to book another one, right?
2. When an employee or admin cancels such appointment, does the customer get 1 'credit' back too?
If answer is yes:
3. Is there a way to cancel such appointment without the user being re-credited?
