We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi There, 

    I hope you can help, I'm looking for clarity:

    1. Does 'Amelia' link up with Stripe and paypal integrated into the backend...so I do not need to install a seperate payment gateway to take payments on the site, it's all built within your booking system?

    So I can Eg. book a recurring or a one time event, place a cost to it, get the user to pay for it without any additional (payment) plugins?

    2. With regards to recurring bookings, is there a facility to book 8 different time slots as a single user and take payment for that total booking.

    Apologies, I'm a first time user and need to make sure I understand.

    Thank you for your interest in our product.

    1. Does 'Amelia' link up with Stripe and paypal integrated into the backend...so I do not need to install a seperate payment gateway to take payments on the site, it's all built within your booking system? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This only for booking on the front, from the back you can book but only with on site option at this time.

    2. With regards to recurring bookings, is there a facility to book 8 different time slots as a single user and take payment for that total booking. - This is possible with our packages of services option. You can read more about packages on the following link https://wpamelia.com/packages/
