Up until recently, the calendar worked perfectly but it is no longer reading the Google calendar (write is fine) for events put in manually to the calendar for the employee.
The max events are set to 2500 in integration settings
Integration is working fine for hooks and APIs etc
The events on the Google side are set to busy and under the right calendar,
The employee calendar in Amelia is set correctly also as above
There is no clear reason why this is happening from my side.
Send us a couple of screenshots so that we understand what you mean exactly, and we will gladly test everything.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
