We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I have a client with 3 websites. These 3 websites need to have a booking system like amelia for example. 1 agent works for all the 3 websites, so is there a way that I can link all 3 amelia booking plugins on 3 different websites to each other so that the 1 agent only has to edit his/her hours once and not 3 times?
So a central location that he/she can acces, edit the available hours and then those available hours will be updated acros al 3 websites. Is this possible? Maybe via outlook? Like connect the same outlook to the 3 amelia plugins, and then work from there or how can I tackle this issue?

    Thank you!

    Hello Jonas,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Each Amelia installation works separately and everything you change on one installation must also be changed on the other.

The only thing that is possible is to connect employees to the same calendar and in that way prevent double booking.

In this way, the slot booked on one site will be shown as unavailable for booking on the other two sites via the calendar. But that's all working time and everything else you have to adjust within Amelia on all 3 installations, what you want is unfortunately not possible.

If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
