To be honest, troubleshooting Report Builder is not my area of expertise, so I will escalate this with senior colleagues from our 2nd level Team.

In the meantime, can you please go through these detailed instructions on how to set up the Template and the variables placeholders you need?

Can you first please open a ticket in the "Report Builder" section,  so that we have proof of purchase;

so if you open a ticket in the Report Builder section, please provide additional details there,

such as :

Please show us your template for the Report;

we will also need access to the table,  and the website,

and access to the Wp-Admin;  ( in a Private response, for safety);

but we will provide more details about that when you open the ticket in the appropriate section.
