it is kind of dificult to get an overview of purchased packages. I need to know up front when people purchased this to see how many appointments there are left. Is there an easier way to see all active packages without entering the purchase date?

    Hello Natascha,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When you go to Amelia/services/packages and when you click on manage packages you will get that information like this

    Hello Stanislav,

    sorry for my late response.

On that screen, I need to know when the packages are purchased, in order to select the date to see the list.

I don't allways know that because it could be six months ago or something.

It would be simpler when I select a customer, that all the packages for that customer would appear, no matter what was the purchase date.

    Hi, Natascha

    Sorry for the waiting time.

Stanislav is out of Office currently, so we will take over this ticket.

    -

We can see what you mean, but unfortunately, at this  time, when we go from the screen of Packages,

we have to firstly select one specific Package, and then if we go "Manage Package" , we can then only see this Package, filter by customer, and date , in order to see those details.

    -

Currently the only way to see all purchases from a customer,

including Packages can be done from Amelia's Finances Tab.

You will see the "Payment date" on the first column of the data.

But you have to set a date range for the search, we are not able to just input customer name and have something like "show all time".

As you can see from my example screenshot,

you are able to filter to show all purchases from one customer in the selected date range,

you can filter by Service Name,

    Employee that provided the service/Event/Package,

and you can filter by Payment Status,

but you have to select the date range, we don't have a way to change that right now

    -

But thank you for this feedback, and suggestion,

if you wish, you can add any improvement ideas on what you would like to see in the future,

and we will do our best to come up with solutions you need.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page

to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
