We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi - the times for my events are showing correctly on the calendar, but the times are not correct on the Save to Calendar files (.ical and Google, etc). They are showing 4 hours earlier. I tried changing my wordpress time zone from just UTC to New York time, but that changed all my event times back 4 hours and I was not able to edit them to the correct times.
Hello Amy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Sent. I do want to add that the calendar attachment file on the notification email was correct. It's the drop down options right after you register on the page that are not correct. Thanks.
Hello Amy
Sorry for the delay.
Where are you actually located? If you are in New York's time zone, you will need to make the change in WordPress' general settings. Your existing appointments will be messed up, but all future appointments will be booked in the correct time zone.
Unfortunately, if the time zone was incorrectly set in the beginning, it's only a matter of time before you'll need to change the time zone and affect all appointments. For example, the US applies Daylight Savings Time before Europe, so there would be a lot of inconsistency when that happens.
The Google/Outlook/Yahoo/iCal calendars all follow your account settings, so if the account you're trying to add the appointment to is incorrectly configured - this can also cause this behavior. Amelia sends out the database date and time (which is set to UTC in most cases), and all calendars recognize this time as the time that needs to be converted based on the settings within the calendar's profile.
Please let me know if you're not in New York's time zone, and whitelist Serbia and France since we can't access your site from either of those two countries:
Looking forward to your response!
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
