We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a client who offers:
a) in-person sessions
b) remote sessions
I accomplished this by adding Extras to each service, such as:
Services > Free Consultation > Extras > Location: REMOTE Location: IN-PERSON
The client would like the email notifications to be based on whether or not the client is REMOTE or IN-PERSON. If they are IN-PERSON, the email would include the physical address. If they are REMOTE, the email would include the ZOOM link. Like that.
Is there a way that I can create Custom Emails to only be sent to REMOTE clients and Custom emails to only be sent to IN-PERSON clients?
Thanks so much!
Hello again Todd,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Notifications are sent based on service not on locations. What you can do is you can create two services that are the same but one to be called consultation and consultations online for example.
Then you can create custom notifications that are going to be sent for each service separately.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko:
We haven't set locations at all because it was requiring addresses and maps so the LOCATIONS area in Amelia is blank. We created an EXTRA (section, tab, button) and have LOCATIONS noted on that.
With that stated, surely there is a way to segregate the EXTRAS into a category or tag of some type and filter the emails based on category. Is that possible?
Hello again Todd,
You can achieve this only in the way that we have mentioned.
You can create locations without Google maps. You can just enter the name or a name with the address in name of the location and you can create a separate location called online and that is it.
In this way, you will be able to achieve what we have suggested. Something like this
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
