Yesterday, I discovered Amelia and I absolutely love it. I added the free version form to our website, which is working perfectly from a laptop. On a mobile phone or tablet, it doesn't show (block just remains empty). I made the website with Elementor in Wordpress. Do you know if there's an easy fix?
My colleague couldn't see it either. Turns out it's only visible for me when I'm logged in as an admin. I might have missed an option to actually 'publish' it for visitors?
Ps. I cleared the cache, as suggested elsewhere. So that shouldn't be the issue.
We are using WP Rocket as the plugin for caching. You're right: if we deactivate it, the form works. Problem is that WP Rocket is responsible for the speed of the website, so we would like to keep it activated. Any thoughts?
It works! I did exactly as you told me, and now it seems to be working on all platforms. Thank you very much for your time and patience. Will definitely recommend Amelia, as well as your service.

Hey Jonathan
Sorry for the delay. Uros is on vacation, so I'll take over his tickets.
I can't see the booking form on that page. Do you see it when you check the page from an incognito window or when you log out of WordPress?
Please let me know.
Kind Regards,

Hi Aleksandar,
Somehow it disappeared, but now it should be back (on desktop).
Best regards,
Jonathan
Sorry, Jonathan, but I still don't see it (see the attached screen recording).
I tried with 3 different browsers, and I still can't see it.
Can you provide me with temporary wp-admin user credentials (admin role), so I can take a look?
Just make sure to enable the PRIVATE response, so they are visible only to us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

The page is published, Jonathan, so that shouldn't be causing the issue here.
When I inspect the page I see 404 (not found) errors related to Amelia:
But they are coming from wp-content/cache/min/1/ so I'm pretty sure there's some caching involved that's causing this behavior.
Which caching plugin do you have installed?
Kind Regards,

Hey Jonathan
If you purge all cache in WP Rocket, and it does not help; there is this "Advanced fine-tune cache rules" setting, in Advanced Rules:
Add the pages that include Amelia's booking forms there, to exclude from WP Rocket's caching. Then purge all cache again.
Screenshots are attached, and a short video: https://watch.screencastify.com/v/6bwVf3L31RVLbHMsLqZN
Let me know if that helps
