Amelia can't create webinar links, only meeting links, but there are a couple of workarounds you can try:

1. If the webinars are different for each employee, you could add the link manually to the employee's notes, and then use the %employee_note% placeholder to display the link in the email that's sent to the customer after they book an event. 

2. Create a Location for each webinar link - or ANY link that you need "static" in your notifications. Put the link in the location description:

Assign the webinar event to that location and put %location description% in the notification email template:
