We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Recurring Appointments in Packages?

    Hello,

I use Amelia to allow customers to book online language classes. Usually customers want to book the class at the same time each week (i.e., Mondays at 9am for 10 weeks).

I would love to be able to offer a package that allows customers to buy a certain number of classes at a discounted rate, and then either book them before checking out or choose to book them at a later time. But for our type of appointment, it is very tedious to individually select the same class time each week in the packages format. I am currently not using the packages feature because of this limitation.

Is it possible to have a package of 10 appointments where the customer can choose to recur the appointment?

I did upvote a suggestion I think was similar on the improvements page, but I wanted to ask here as well.

    Thank you for your help,

    Pam

    Hello Pam ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately no, you can set the duration of packages like this

Or you can choose a date until the package will last

But packages cant be recurring customers can choose the date and time when they want to book the appointment.

You can read more about our recurring appointments here

It refers to the duration of packages after that date the package will become unavailable.

During the booking process, it will show the customers that the package is valid up to a certain date like this

    Hope this helps.

If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,
