At the moment you can achieve that only if you assign different employees to that service and set a custom price for each employee. For example 

John works on service 1 from 08 to 14 and the price is 50$, Jane works on service 1 from 14 to 19 and the price is 65$ and again John works on that service from 19 to 22 and the price is 50$.

You can set this in the empoyee modal in assigned services and working hours.

We are working on a better solution and we hope that this will be implemented soon, but for now, this is the only way to achieve what you want.
