I want to create events that don’t show any booking option. Our club has regular, free games that members can attend without booking in advance. I want those games to appear on the Amelia calendar (alongside other events that do require booking).
How can I set up an event without the “Book now” option, etc?
I want to set up an events calendar where some events, tagged “Tournaments,” behave normally and can be booked by members using the “Book now” button.
Events in a second category, “Games,” are completely open—no booking required. They are essentially open houses; anyone who is a member can just show up and play.
For those events tagged “Games,” I don’t want the “Book now” button to appear at all.
I can use css to hide the button on events that are full (their .full class means I can target them). But it seems events need at least one participant to be full. Is there a way I can create an event with maximum participants of 0, so it is full from the start?
Or is there another way to target (with css) all events with the “Games” tag?
Unfortunately, there is currently no option to set the event with the maximum capacity of "0" and also there is no option to target the events with the "Games" tag.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello Martin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please let me know how you want this configured, what would there be instead of the "Book now" option?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
