Is it possible to re-send a confirmation email that was sent out to a client who booked earlier? They didn't receive the first one because of email issues on their end, so I would like to send it just as it went out upon booking. Thanks!

Unfortunately, if the email was sent, there's no way to resend it.
Only if Amelia failed to send a notification would you be able to resend it by adding a custom cron job (we would be able to provide this for you), but if the email was sent from Amelia, but due to technical difficulties, your customer hasn't received it - there's no way to resend it.
We will be working on this in the future, but I don't have an ETA on that yet.
