I am sorry to disappoint you, but currently, we don't have anything exactly like that available in Amelia.

We only have our Coupon system available at the moment.

The coupons tab can be found on the “Finance” page but only if the “Coupons” option is enabled in the “Payments Settings”.  It allows you to create promotions to offer customers discounted prices for their appointment/events by a percentage or cash discount.

But we don't have something that would "store coupons for customers" and show the information anywhere on the Customer List.

Basically, if we send them a coupon code in an Email notification or any other way - they are free to use it whenever they want.

You can only see on the Coupon itself, in the Finances tab, how many times a coupon has been used, and what is the usage limit before it expires.

Maybe a workaround can be to create individual coupon for each customer, or for certain group of customers - and name it in certain way,

then you could follow how many times they were used so far.

When you create coupons, you can set the limit on them, how many times they are used until they expire

You can also export the information about Coupons via CSV, in the top right corner, of the Finance/Coupons
