We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hey,
What is the difference in using the Stripe integration for payment or using Wocommerce (with Stripe)?
I already installed the Wocommerce and connected Stripe thorugh their service. What do you recommend?
Hello Agnes,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It is all up to you, you can try both payment methods to see which one is the best for you.
You can find out more here: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/, https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,

Thanks for your answer. I wish you could give me a clue about the differences for the customers or users point of view. Will the interface look different? Or the functions inside the booking system? I can´t find any info on your website about it, only how to technically install the two options. (I understand Wocommerce offers many more payment options of course, but apart from that, since my customer already have chosen Stripe)
Dear Agnes,
You are welcome,
In case it is PayPal, a pop-up window will be shown for customers where they can log in to their PayPal account and proceed with payment there:
And in case of WooCommerce, they will be redirected to the WooCommerce cart where they need to make further actions, you can see how it looks in our youtube video:
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy
