we edited the content of our e-mail notification, but the mails which are being send ti the clients are still with the old content. The test e-mail shows the new content. I tried clearing cache and updating to the new version of the plugin, but it did not help.
Please check if you have added the new language to the notifications. You should only do that if your site is multilingual. In case you have added it you need to write the template for that language also. Also, Amelia follows page locale and based on that the notifications template will be sent.
The notification is sent in German, but an old version of the German notification. I don't think that it has anything to do with the selected language.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
