I can only get 4 categories to show up on the booking page but I have 8 categories in total. I can't figure out any difference in the way they are set up in services and I have "show all categories" turned on for the page. I just upgraded to 5.4 but it was doing this before, I thought the upgrade would fix it.
Also, if you look at this URL I can't get the colors for the input text to change. I guess Amelia is picking up the information from the theme.
Regarding the 4 categories that are not loading on the front,
this usually happens, if we have some old services and assigned work hours on employees;
then if we add new services, but if we don't allocate any work hours for them with employees;
or if the duration of new services is longer than the employee has work hours;
this can also happen.
So please check these points :
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included:
In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.

If you still can't find why the 4 categories don't show, I can log in and take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I guess you mean, these input colors?
They do seem odd, I see what you mean
I can also check that for you if you allow me an Admin account, we will see what is going on for that as well.
Thanks for the help, I got the other categories to show. and yes I would love the help with the font color in the input fields. How do I give you admin access?
I am glad to see we got the categories to show, great
Regarding the colors,
and the Admin access - you can either make a new Administrator user for me, and send me username and password . The best will be if you can set my email on this user - [email protected] .
Then I can log in and take a look.
Later when we finish, you can delete the user , or you can leave it if we ever need to help you again, as you wish.
Just make sure to mark the reply as Private, if you send us any confidential information, such as credentials, etc.
I thought I would mention that I used Blank Slate plugin to use a blank page for the booking form and it still had the same look in the fields. May still be picking up theme.. I don't know. I also tried to deactivate several plugins but nothing changed the form.
If I change the theme would I need to delete the additional css? I like this theme and would rather not change right now but I'm willing. There's one input box (Property Highlights (for website listing)) that is still the old style and the yes/no check no longer has boxes. If it ends up being an easy fix.
Mios, thanks for all your help. I think I'm just going to change the theme so I don't have other issues. I really liked the theme I have so I appreciate you trying to help me maintain what I had. So don't worry about trying to fix anything else, if I have any other trouble I'll let you know. Thanks again.

That's great, I appreciate it so much. Any help with the flag would be great but that's a minor thing at this point. Thank you for your great service.

Hi, Mitch
You're welcome, i am happy to assist.
It is a bit "outside of support scope", but we will do the best we can.
Yes, after all of that CSS, this little flag is a bit annoying for me, so we will see what we can do about it,
and I will report back again.
2.
If you change the Theme, there is a chance that you won't be needing the extra CSS on the page(s).
Usually, CSS does not harm things, so in most of the cases it should be fine to leave the CSS enabled.

3.
Could you take a couple of screenshots to show me where these are showing ( input box and such),
just to see which step and so on;
and I can try some easy CSS for that - it should be easy I believe.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi, Mitch
Sorry for the delay.

You're welcome, I am happy to help as much as possible.
It is a shame if you have to change the Theme in the end, we did make an effort to keep this one;
but we will see how it goes, maybe it will turn out to be the right decision,
as you said , to avoid any other possible issues that we might find.
In either case, we will be here - if you stay with this Theme, let us know if we can try something further,
you can send us a couple of screenshots, and a link to the page,
we can take another look to add more CSS;
or if you change the Theme, let us know if you need our help with that one.
Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
