We can not see all the information on the screenshots. Please tell us which employee and which service is in question and on what page you put Amelia's shortcode. So that we can take a closer look.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that Amelia has a conflict with the plugin Modern Events calendar lite. For the time being, you can not use both of these plugins at the same time. We have forwarded this to our developers hopefully they will be able to find the solution in the future.

Amelia works once the Modern Events calendar plugin is disabled. 

As there are tens of thousands of plugins, it often happens that they conflict with each other, unfortunately. No one can know if a plugin will have a conflict with another plugin. The only thing that can be done is that when a conflict is discovered, a solution is sought to resolve that conflict.

We discovered that we have a conflict with that plugin and we are working to resolve that conflict. We cannot give you an ETA because we do not know how long it will take to resolve this conflict, but we are already working on it.
