I would like to only use your new booking form version on my website. This however does not display the description of the services, only shows the title and price.
To be able to show my customers the description and extras on a service, I need to display a listing of my services on the page. When I use the [ameliacatalog category=2] (for example) shortocode, this shows each service under that category, however when clicking on "View more" I want to hide the employee list as well as the old booking form at the bottom of each service. Do you have a shortcode that will only display the service details? Or do you have the list off the custom post type and fields that make the services, so I can use these to create my own list?
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
Also, we are sending you an article about our shortcodes and there you will see the list of shortcodes with an explanation on how what and how the shortcode look at the front Amelia Shortcodes and Front-end Implementation
Thanks for the quick reply. I will try to explain.
I basically would like to have a page (or a section on a page) that lists the services, their descriptions and price (possibly the extras as well), something like the attached image, without any of these elements being clickable/bookable from this list. I just want to display the list.
I want my clients to only be able to book a service on a "Booking" page using the new v.2 booking form.
I was hoping to use a custom query (I am using Oxygen builder off this is of importance) to call the Services custom post type and then style the loop elements as I want.
However I have looked in the DB and it looks like the services are not CPTs.
Currently if I use the [ameliacatalog category=2] shortcode, I get the service tiles, however they are not in a style that matches my site. So I need to do the styling myself.
Also in order to see the description and price per service, people have to click into each service tile and then they see the “Book” button, which I don’t want to appear at all.
I basically want to dynamically render something like the above image only without it being clickable.
You are most welcome, we try to help as best and as fast as we can. But unfortunately for this
"I basically would like to have a page (or a section on a page) that lists the services, their descriptions and price (possibly the extras as well), something like the attached image, without any of these elements being clickable/bookable from this list. Amelia is used for booking not for description so everything in Amelia is "clickable" and it can be booked.
So what you want to achieve is not possible at the moment this is not how Amelia works.
