    Hi

    I added an event booked for January 13th and then set to recur on the 2nd Friday of each following month up to March 10th.

    When I view events on the front-end, the event shows for Jan 13th and Feb 10th, but not for March 10th. The only reason I can see is that there is an appointment booked for the first week of March and so Amelia is counting Fridays after this week (and so skipping March 10th) rather than from the actual first Friday in the month?

    I don't whether this would be fixed if we updated Amelia as I don't think we've updated since starting to use your plugin.

    I think this is fixed - I changed the "recurring up to" date to March 17th and it now shows an event for March 10th - which is the 2nd Friday as per the setup. So, the "up to " date appears not to be inclusive?

    You had a staff assigned to this recurring Event, when the March 10th  had the booked appointment - so that day was not appearing as available for the recurring Event?

    But then you updated the plugin, and you changed the recurring to finish up to March 17th,

    now the 10th of March is showing as you intended?

    But I am not understanding the question is "up to" date inclusive - could you elaborate what you mean by that?

    I suppose you wish to confirm is the availability of assigned Staff / employee  going to affect the Events availability?

    I just checked our documentation, and that should not be the case.

    This is how it should be :

    Once you assign the employee that will be shown in his calendar and that employee will become unavailable for appointment bookings at that time. However, if some appointment has already been booked and you scheduled the event after, the event and appointment will be at the same time.
